FAQ
Cinque Colori in Race
WHAT EXACTLY DO THE 5 COLORS OF THE RACE REPRESENT?
The five colors represent the five groups of fruit and vegetables essential for our well-being: white, purple, yellow/orange, red, and green. Each color is closely linked to a specific character from the “DI5” (health superheroes) and their respective nutritional benefits. The goal of the race is to bring these values into the real world, combining sport with raising awareness about healthy eating and promoting the Mediterranean Diet.
